After finishing a French Degree at University College London, Liz found herself helping to run a small flower shop off Baker Street.
From there, she joined Kenneth Turner, the father of floral design and number one floral ‘decorator’ (we were not florists he said), who counted leading socialites and businesses in London as his customers during the boom years of the late 1980’s.
She worked alongside Mary Portas as the last independent artist to design and install the window displays for Harvey Nichols and took on Le Caprice and the Ivy as retained clients.
Having travelled the world arranging flowers for events such as the Cartier Million Horse Race in Dublin to society weddings in the US and Europe, she set up her own business in 1992.
“Known for creating magical spaces and leaving people feeling like they matter”
Now, based in New Covent Garden Market at the heart of the industry, Elizabeth Marsh Floral Design serves hotels, restaurants, corporates and private clients with weekly flowers, flowers for events, installations and bouquet deliveries across London and the rest of the world.
With over 20 years of experience, we understand the power that flowers can have in terms of connecting your visitors, clients and staff not only with their environments and with your brand, but with themselves.
Our unique approach considers more than just flowers. We “think outside the vase” to ensure every installation is tailored to the client, the occasion, the environment and the budget.
It’s this approach that has allowed us to work with some of the most prestigious names in hospitality and the corporate world whilst also helping us to win awards and praise for our work.
