Under the Licensing Act of 1964 (UK) and 1976 (Scotland) it is an offence for any person under 18 years to buy, or attempt to buy, alcoholic liquor. It is an offence under Sections 32 and 33 of the Intoxicating Liquor Act 1988 (Ireland) for any person under 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor. It is an offence under Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 for any person under 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor.

Alcoholic gifts are distributed to selected areas in association with a licensed third party. Please contact us for further information regarding our suppliers.

We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.

Delivery Prices: Central London (5 mile radius) Monday - Saturday £15 
  Outer Central London & Nationwide Tuesday to Friday £15 
  Saturday Nationwide overnight courier delivery £25

To ensure a successful delivery, please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete.
If possible, please provide additional delivery instructions to help the delivery driver to find the recipient's address.

 

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries that result from a problem with the address and/or postcode you provide at the time of order placement, if the delivery was refused by the recipient or the fact that the recipient no longer lives at the address provided.

We are not responsible for any other costs incurred by the customer due to failed deliveries.

If the recipient is not in upon delivery, we will leave the flowers with the nearest neighbour and put a note through the door to inform them where they can collect them from. If you prefer us not to do this please say so at the time of ordering.

In some circumstances, for example, when delivering to some business addresses, hospitals or universities, we may not be able to deliver the flowers directly to the intended recipient. Please note that these circumstances are outside our control. In this case, we will deliver to the reception area or post room and (where possible) obtain a signature from the receptionist (or equivalent). This signature will be our record of delivery.

To ensure the highest likelihood of delivery success, please ensure that you provide as much information regarding the location of the recipient as possible within the delivery instructions, including department name, floor number, etc.

Delivery Times Home addresses: 7am -8pm; office addresses: 9am-5pm;

Order sent to business addresses will be left at reception if applicable/parking restrictions prohibit the delay in finding a specific office Cut-off times for same day orders 2pm (surcharge may be added for ‘express’ order); for Valentine’s Day orders a discount of 10% is offered on advanced orders (not including wine or chocolates) within this selection prior to 5th February.

Ordering and Payment
You will be given instructions to navigate the order process and will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.

We accept payment by Paypal and all major credit and/or debit cards, other than Diners, department store cards and any other credit and/or debit cards as we may specify from time to time.

By clicking on the 'check out' button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on this website.

Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

Cancellation/Changes to order

Please give 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date.

A cancellation charge may be applied if the order is cancelled after this time.

We regret that you may not cancel an order for perishable food products once your order has been dispatched.

You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
